About the workshop:
What if we redefined leadership?
Instead of leaders being a select few at the top of the pyramid, everyone in the organization would have the opportunity to use and develop their leadership skills.
When we define leadership as “critical and collaborative thinking and action given what you see in front of you, the perspective changes and the opportunities multiply.
Leader @ the Center is a mindset and a way of working that recognizes and supports the value of leadership at every level of the organization. This future-focused approach empowers nonprofit success by giving every employee, volunteer, and board member the opportunity, skills, and confidence to share the vision and grow the organization.
The workshop covers timely topics:
Encouraging and empowering diverse voices
Creating an organizational culture that retains employees
Inspiring growth through strong networks and partnerships
Leader @ the Center is a concept for the future of nonprofits. It is a game plan for creating leaders, at every level, who are empowered to use their voices, make connections, and work collaboratively for the benefit of the organization and its vision.
